Noel has the best smile in town. While in our care, Noel has gone from being shy to being sweet, loving, and happy around her caregivers. She has a knack of making her caregivers smile at her silly antics.
Noel takes a long time to warm up to new people. When she's unsure of something, she reacts poorly, so anyone interested in adopting Noel must be committed to going very slow with her at first. Noel does not do well with other pets and must have a tall, secure fence in her home (she's quite a little jumping bean at times).
Noel will need the right person to work with her to overcome her issues, and she may never be a "perfect" dog, but we are holding onto hope that there is someone out there who will help her become the best dog that she can be. She will require much patience, time, and training to help her overcome her issues.
